Bio: Laura Conley spent the past two years creating an ever changing model of professional development know as Flipped-PD. Working closely with principals, teachers, and the district staff, this model of teacher centered professional development started taking shape. It has received an overwhelmingly positive response from teachers across the country. She has written articles about flipping professional development for magazines, blog posts, and shares information through varies podcast. She is an active presenter at national conferences for technology integration in education.
Her passion for technology, combined with her skills working with adults and students has energized school staff and students to engage and navigate the latest technologies in schools today. She is a technology integration facilitator with Take Action Reporting & PD working with schools across the US.
Note about The Answer Pad: I love suggesting The Answer Pad as a great digital tool to engage students and allow them to be active learners. It’s ease of use for teachers and students puts it at the top of my list of highly usable digital tools. You will definitely want to give it a try with your students!
